Depositing
We offer many types of depositors, from simple pneumatic depositors to servo-controlled options for maximum product control, all of which can be customized to meet your requirements. Our depositors include:
- Pneumatic single hoppers
- Servo single hoppers
- One-shot, servo controlled dual hoppers
- Stationary depositors
- Two and three-axis moving head, servo controlled depositors
Production output is up to 30 deposits per minute. Depositors are available in widths up to 42” and can be designed to fit any brand of existing mold circuits or conveyor systems.
In addition to designing and building, we rebuild, service and offer spare parts, like piston blocks and deposit plates, for your existing depositors, no matter what brand they are.
